Your leader dashboard
One screen that counts the orders, tracks the goal and tells you what still needs you. No spreadsheet to keep, no tally on the back of an envelope.
Needs you
- 3 orders are not ticked paid yet, $60 to collect
- Nothing else. The rest is counted for you.
| Who | Books | Money | Added |
|---|---|---|---|
| D. Alvarez | 2 | Paid | Today |
| The Okafor family | 4 | Paid | Today |
| M. Whitfield | 1 | Owed | Yesterday |
| J. Tran | 3 | Paid | Yesterday |
What it does without being asked
- Counts every order as it arrives. Books, money and supporters all move at once. You never add anything up.
- Flags who still owes. One list, in one place, so nobody gets chased twice and nobody gets missed.
- Makes your share card. One tap builds a square graphic with your number on it, ready for the team chat or your story.
- Counts down to your close date. So the last week does not surprise anyone.
- Sends us your final number. When the window shuts, the count comes to us. There is no form for you to fill in.
What is still yours to do
We would rather be straight about this than let you find out later.
Collect the money
On Team Table your families pay your group directly, so your treasurer holds it the whole time. That part does not run itself.
Tick the paid box
When someone hands you cash or sends it over, you tap their row. That one tap is what feeds the “Needs you” list.
Hand the books out
The whole run ships to one address you give us. Sorting the pile into families is a job for a folding table and a volunteer.
Share the link
The dashboard will tell you when things have gone quiet. It cannot post to your team chat for you.
Who can see what
Your order list holds families’ names, and sometimes their email and phone. So it is not on the open web, and it is not shared by link.
- You and the co-leaders you name. Sign in with your own email. Nobody else gets in, and you can take someone off at any time.
- Your families see totals only. The public progress page shows books, money raised and days left. It cannot show a buyer, because it is never given one.
- No children’s names or photos appear anywhere in this, the same as in the book.
Keep it on your phone
Open the dashboard on your phone, tap your browser’s share button and choose Add to Home Screen. It gets its own icon and opens straight to your numbers, with no address bar and nothing to install from an app store.
Worth doing before your first game day. Pulling up a tally at the side of a pitch is a lot easier than hunting for a link.
Want this for your group?
The dashboard comes with every fundraiser. There is nothing extra to pay for it and nothing to set up.
